excellent stay with great amenities
excellent breakfast easy access staff service quick resolution
I found the breakfast excellent with many choices. staff service was good. They were always available. the location was convenient with easy access to transport. i appreciated the quick resolution of a minor issue regarding room setup.
the lift system sometimes seemed a bit slow during peak times.

The hotel gym includes three treadmills and also two stationary bikes. there is a swimming pool available. I saw twenty loungers around the pool area and a section with shade available, nice.

The superior queen room features two separate sinks in the bathroom along with a rainfall shower. I noticed this immediately. the room contained a nespresso machine with four capsules, enabling me to enjoy coffee each morning.

spacious room comfortable mattress quality shower gel easy transport
The room was spacious, a superior queen room. the mattress was comfortable, and i slept very well. the shower gel and soap provided were very nice. I appreciated the quality. it was easy to reach via public transport, both from the airport and for trips into the city center.
the air conditioning took quite a while to properly cool the room.

every staff member i encountered was polite and lovely. the staff were very attentive to my needs, helping with directions and requests. their friendly attitude, it was AMAZING!!!

public transportation quick travel daily cleaning
this location is next to public transportation! trams are closeby. it also takes little time to get to the center. the room was cleaned daily. i appreciated that.
i felt the hotel was a little impersonal. the reception service did not feel very friendly. i noticed a lack of warmth.

The hotel is close to public transportation with connections directly to the airport. A nice lounge offered bar access. The breakfast was great with excellent options and drinks.

inadequate towels understaffed desk
the breakfast was varied, that was acceptable.
on arrival, i found hair both in the shower and in the room, the overall cleanliness was far from acceptable. towels were very limited, and the front desk was consistently understaffed. it made it difficult to report problems or get assistance.

My room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. I also noticed convenient USB charging ports beside the bed. The gym featured three treadmills and two stationary bikes!
One of the elevators seemed a bit slow.
